Yochim Plumbing

I have used Yochim a couple times after moving to Santa Clarita. I had a big kitchen remodel job, and after one of the big name brands ripped me off, decided to undertake most of the work myself. Eventually, I decided to use Yochim to finish installation for my own piece of mind repairing/installing my sewage pipes and also sweating some of the new copper plumbing I wanted installed, as I wasnt confident in my own work and wanted it done right before burying it under my new drywall. Jason and John did most of the work for me, along with some other guys (sorry, cant remember your names), and these guys were professional and did quality work. They ended up doing the work and charging me less than what my original quote was. That shows integrity and honesty. I am in the trades myself, and know good quality, and the fact that they did good quality work for their price point really left a good impression on me. Will definitely be using them for big plumbing jobs in the future. The only complaint is that the stucco guy they recommended to patch some stucco didnt do the best job, but he was not employees by or related to Yochim, so cant really ding them for that. Very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend. Called around 7pm on a Friday night and once the job was logged I had Anthony the technician calling me within 15 minutes to say when he was arriving. Very thorough with the install and did a great job. Will definitely use Yochim for any future plumbing needs.

My wife and I had been looking around to upgrade our existing water heater and install a whole house water filter system. We had done our homework and felt pretty good we knew what was out there...what to get...what would be best for our house. Finding the right company to install, guys who knew what they were doing, knew the product was another challenge. When we heard about, met up with Chris at Yoichim Plumbing and had.a talk with him, we were confident we had found the company, the guy. His crew showed up on time, with everything needed and knocked out what was a pretty good size job in one day. They had to remove our old 50 gal tank water heater...modify our existing water and gas piping....run electrical lines to the new Tankless water heater.. Everything was upand running in one day. First day ever we had great tasting drinking water out of every faucet in our house. Hot water getting to our showers much quicker than before. We are totally thrilled with our new water filter and heater system. Yoichim was great with the pricing on materials and labor. Thank you!!

Got a new tankless water heater and a repipe from the water heater to the kitchen faucet (we needed to move the lines). The guys were on time, texted a bit before they arrived and went straight to work. They gave us some time to prepare for a day without water, suggested filling a bucket (for the toilet), safely emptied and removed the old water heater. They installed the new tankless water heater, shared some maintenance tips, checked for leaks, checked hot and cold water temperatures and cleaned up after themselves, including removing all the old stuff. My husband can’t stop telling me what a great job they did!!!! Thank you John and Ian for EVERYTHING!!!

Ian and Sam where amazing and professional. They installed my water heater and explained everything very well. They brought the water heater up to Code and ensured it was safe to use. The price was not cheap but the quality water heater was American made. They have fixed my plumbing issues in the past and I will call them again.

The company had been bought by another plumbing called Absolute Airflow. That company located in LA, and technicians are. coming all the way from there. I had a plumbing appointment scheduled, and they called in the middle of appointed window to cancel. The person was not apologetic and sounded like its a normal practice for them. Avoid unless you don’t mind waisting you time.

I highly recommend Yochim Plumbing. John was great!! From start to finish I was happy with their service. He listened well and was able to diagnose my problem. The pressure in the hot water heater needed an expansion tank. I was able to see from the gauge the difference in the pressure. Problem solved! He installed the new expansion tank. All good 😊 John is a nice guy who is professional and very knowledgeable. You are in good hands with Yochim Plumbing.

This may have been a business with high positive reviews before they got sold. Today I called to have a minor repair done. I was very clear with the dispatcher as to what supplies were needed (just some very common 1” pvc). I dug the trench and had everything ready for them. They showed up, no supplies, and quoted me $800 plus to replace two couplings and two 90s. See the photo and consider what you think is reasonable. I spent $35 at a hardware store and that included the pipe cutter.
